I support resale and acquisition decisions by evaluating operational performance, asset condition, leadership effectiveness, and systems maturity—helping investors understand what needs to be fixed, what it will cost, and how long it will take to return a business to target performance.


I partner with experienced entrepreneurs, executives, and operators navigating business ownership, acquisitions, and transitions. My role is to simplify complexity, reduce risk, and replace guesswork with practical insight—especially for those weighing the move away from the certainty of a paycheck toward long-term wealth creation.


I also build and grow strategic relationships with Home Services and Food & Beverage franchisees through a consultative, solutions-focused approach. That includes aligning execution, capital, and operations, and connecting clients with trusted partners across commercial real estate, construction, treasury and risk management, working capital, equipment financing, insurance, and private banking.


My work centers on deepening relationships, identifying new opportunities, that align with each client’s risk appetite and long-term goals.

Franchise Recommendations Presentation call

We will present to you a list of franchise concepts that match your profile and goals. We will hear your feedback and either move to step 4 or repeat our matchmaking process as needed.

Candidate Franchise Investigation and Validation Process

We will introduce you to the franchisors of your selected franchise concepts, and assist you in the entire research & discovery process, so you can make an informed decision (weekly calls for 4-6 weeks).

Candidate's Final Decision (go/no go)

After having completed the due diligence you and the franchisor will be ready to make a final go/no go decision.
